Jack Kline, Sr

Jack Thomas Kline, Sr., 71, died August 13, 2007. Mr. Kline was born in Cuyahoga Falls, graduated from Stow High School and was a longtime resident of Akron. He was manager and building supervisor at White Pond Senior Citizens Apartments, and had previously worked for NRM in Akron building tractors. He had served with the U. S. Air Force, enjoyed watching sports, especially baseball, was a good pool player and enjoyed helping others.

Preceded in death by his wife, Rosie; parents, Ralph and Hazel Kline and brothers, Glenn Kline and Jim Hayes he is survived by his children, Tina (Paul) Spencer of Cortland, Lisa (Greg) Rains of Aurora, Tracy (Kevin) Walker of Brimfield, Jack Jr. (Shelly) Kline of Alliance and Tammy Kline (Terry Wilder) of Newton Falls; grandchildren, Amber, Christopher, Cody, Haley, Mitchell, Matthew, Kevin, Lindsey, Megan and Seth; sisters and brother, Peggy Doolittle of North Carolina, Ann Louise Glenn of Akron, Roger Kline of California and Betty Faile of North Carolina, previous wife, Barbara Dodrill of Newton Falls and good friend, Patty Sprague of Akron.

Friends may call from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Thursday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Thursday, Rev. Barbara Hays officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. A Military Service will be conducted by American Legion Charles Faust Post 281. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to the family.
