Jack Lewis

CUYAHOGA FALLS Jack D. Lewis, 84, passed away March 15, 2014. He was born in Grant Town, WV and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 58 years. Mr. Lewis retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. He enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing.

Preceded in death by his siblings, Gene T, Richard, Ray, Peggy Schramm and Donna Jo Lewis; He is survived his wife of 65 years, Betty L; children Jack F. Lewis (Carollynn) of Cuyahoga Falls, Susan White (Scott) of Stow and Sandy Kline of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Jason Lewis, Chuck White III (Jessica) and Alyssa Kline, Marquerite Scarlet and Mathew; Great-grandsons, Chas White, Jake White Deonte' Donovan and Leon; sister, Linda Mirka and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Hospice of Summa.

Cremation has taken place and memorial service will be held at 6 pm Wednesday March 19 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. Inurnment will be at Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to Hospice of Summa 444 N Main St. PO Box 2090 Akron, OH, 44398.
