Jack Stones

Silver Lake, Ohio - Jack L. Stones 90, passed away November 29th, 2018.

Mr. Stones was born in Akron on October 26, 1928, and was predeceased by his beloved wife of 62 years, Joy. Mr. Stones was a lifelong resident of Cuyahoga Falls and Silver Lake. He was a Korean War Veteran serving in the U. S. Army, was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, and an avid racquetball player, golfer and reader.

Jack is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law Jenifer (Kevin) Beattie of Cuyahoga Falls and Janice (Albert) Ray of Ocala, Florida; grandchildren Patrick (Abby) Beattie, Albert (Christy) Ray and Katie (Brian) Freeman; great grandchildren Alex Ray, Brian & Janice Freeman, Jack & Anne Beattie; siblings Richard (Nancy) Stones, Steven Stones, Stephanie Mowery and other extended family.

The family will greet friends Wednesday, January 9th from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls. Private inurnment will take place at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
