CUYAHOGA FALLS - Jackie Simmons, 68, passed away January 5, 2018.
She was born in Barberton and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 50 years. Jackie worked as an LPN at Green Cross Hospital (Western Reserve) retiring after 33 years of service.
Preceded in death by her parents, Grace and Harold Simmons; brother, Michael K. Simmons; she is survived by her sister, Tammy Simmons and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Saturday January 20, 2018 at the Northampton United Methodist Church 852 W Bath Rd. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the American Kidney Fund 6110 Executive Boulevard Suite 1010, MD 20852. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
