James Pearson

CUYAHOGA FALLS – James A. Pearson, 85, died June 25, 2018. He was born in Cullman, Alabama and lived in Cuyahoga Falls most of his life. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired Art teacher for Akron Public Schools. He was preceded in death by son James D. Pearson; survived by children John, Julie Dunbar, and Debi Griffiths; grandchildren, Elise Dunbar, Tanner Pearson, and Jeremy Wagner.

Memorial visitation will be held 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221.
