CUYAHOGA FALLS -James David Ball, 23, died from injuries from an accidental fall on November 11, 2008. James was born in Hamilton, OH and resided in Cuyahoga Falls most of his life, graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 2003. He graduated from Ohio University in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls where he had sung in the Epworth Choir and had belonged to the Youth Group. He recently began his career in Community Health Education and Environmental Health through Ameri-corp with the Athens City-County Health Department.

Preceded in death by his grandfather, James Borda, James is survived by his parents, Erv and LuAnne of Cuyahoga Falls; sister, Erin of Dublin, OH; grandparents, Jean L Borda of Cuyahoga Falls and Haldane and David Ball of Arden, NC; aunts and uncles, Kathy (Srinath) Balakrishnan of Dublin, OH, Jeff (Jody) Borda of Dayton, OH, Denny (Carol) Borda of Franklin, OH and Therese (Robert) Muehlberg of Phoenix, AZ and cousins, Roshan Balakrishnan, Janet (Shawn) Stinkey and Sue, Jennifer, Jackie, Jimmy and Jeanie Borda.

Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Saturday in the First United Methodist Church 245 Portage Trail Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, Rev. Marvin Brown and Rev. Susan Lausch officiating, where friends may call beginning at 10:00 am Saturday. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to Ohio University James D. Ball Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o College of Health and Human Services P.O. Box 869 Athens, OH 45701-0869.

James loved people in life and loved people in death by donation of his vital life-sustaining organs.
