James Harris
CUYAHOGA FALLS - James T. Harris, 94, passed away September 6, 2010. He was born in Akron, spent most of his life in Cuyahoga Falls, and was an aeronautical engineer with Goodyear for over 40 years. Mr. Harris was also a member of the Senior Strollers Quirk Center , AARP, and very active in his community.
Preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie, he is survived by his daughters Kathleen Harris, Marilyn Aishton (Tom), Patricia Harris, and Jacqueline Hughes (Rick); grandsons, Mark, Barry and Garrett; special friend, Mary Flack; brother, George Bernard Harris; and sister, Margaret Porter.
A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 pm Thursday, September 9, in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Rev. Richard Hasler officiating. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements handled by Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
