JACKSONVILLE, FL- James Wronkovich, 95, passed away June 18, 2015. He was born in Akron and resided in Jacksonville, FL for the past 5 years. James served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII, going on to retire from B.F. Goodrich after 42 years of service. He was longtime member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians and Browns.
Preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jane; brothers, Michael and Stephen; he is survived by his daughter, Judy (Richard) Roberts; grandchildren, James and Jason Roberts; great-granddaughter, Marley Roberts all of Jacksonville, FL; sisters, Anna Core and Mary Henry.
Friends may call 1 hour prior to an 11 AM funeral service on Thursday June 25 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. Father Thomas McCann will be officiating. Interment Mount Peace Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to Clyde E.
