Jean Cross

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Jean Cross, 69, passed away at her residence July 15, 2010. Mrs. Cross was born in Lenoir, NC and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1957. She had worked in custodial for the City of Cuyahoga Falls.

Preceded in death by her husband, Melvin W. "Mike", she is survived by her daughters, Denise Cross of Tallmadge and Mica (Jason) Harris of Cuyahoga Falls; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Sandy McGarr of Deerfield and niece and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:30 pm Monday, July 19 in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Chaplain Joseph Lee officiating, where friends may call beginning at 11:30 am Monday, July 19 until time of service. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Summa, 444 N. Main St. Akron, OH 44310. Arrangements handled by Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
