Jeffrey R. Ragan passed away June 29, 2010. Mr. Ragan was born in Akron where he resided his entire life. He had attended the Chapel and was very knowledgeable about politics and history.
Preceded in death by his father, Ralph, he is survived by his mother, Janet and brother, Richard Ragan.
