Jerome Wilson Jr

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Jerome Dean Wilson, Jr. passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of March 16, 2017 after a courageous battle with a long illness.

Jerome was born June 4, 1964 in Bucyrus, Ohio to Jerome D. Wilson, Sr. and Dorothy Ann (Grau) Wilson who preceded him in death. He graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1982 and served in the U.S. Navy. He attended The Ohio State University. He was a longtime employee of The Limited Corporation in Columbus. He was a church musician and enjoyed playing with various groups in and around the Columbus area. He adored his nieces and hearing about their adventures.

Jerome was dearly loved and will be missed by his sister, DeAnn (Curtis) Clemons, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and nieces Dr. Jessica Clemons (Alex Niemiec), Mary Beth, Sarah, and Hannah Clemons.

There will be no visitation. A Private Memorial Service will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Jerome's memory to the Bucyrus High School Band, 900 W Perry St, Bucyrus OH 44820. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
