Jerry W. Rollyson, 66, was welcomed into Heaven on March 8, 2017, after a brief illness.
Jerry was born in Weston, WV, and lived in Akron most of his life. He enjoyed classic cars and spending time with his family. He was employed at AirBorn Electronics.
He was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Mildred Rollyson; sister Betty Garton, nephew, Sammy Fisher and sister-in-law Patty Swisher. He is survived by long time partner Sandy Gomez; brothers Tom Swisher, Larry (Linda) Rollyson, sister Diane (Joe) Schultz, and brother-in-law Jack Garton; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cremation has taken place and private services will be held at a later date. The family wishes to thank Summa Critical Care Unit and Palliative Care Unit for all of their care and support. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
