Passed in comfort and peace…. Jessica Virginia Kisner, March 04, 1980-Friday, Aug 27, 2021.

Jessica grew up in Akron and spent her last years in Uniontown. Her joy was found in the relationships she treasured. Jessica didn’t just love, she loved with depth and honor. She didn’t just build friendships, she created lifelong bonds. Jessica played mom, sister, and aunt to many. Jessica embodied what we all hope to create within ourselves. A kind tenderhearted, warrior spirit, a light that drew many in, with a certain fierceness, grace, and compassion she left a piece of herself with each of us. She withstood courageously, with bravery and dignity, each of us laying hands over her. Her love lives on, her memory will endure.

Survived by her son, Dominic Kisner; Parents, Edna Lambert and Roger Kisner; grandson, Benjamin Kisner; brother-in-law and sister, Seth and Christina Thompson; sister, Angelique Smith; Aunt, Linda Lambert; beloved friends, Amber, Jessica, and Troy, and many other closely held family, friends, and colleagues.

Our appreciation to Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center, and their team of doctors and nurses who fought boldly for our Jessica. A noble effort, not forgotten. Our gratitude to T-Mobile, we couldn’t be more grateful for the agency you provided to Jessica that she deserved.
