Joan E. Attenhofer

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Joan E Attenhofer (McElhany) passed peacefully into Heaven with her children by her side on 12/13/2023.

A devout Christian- Joan had an amazing passion for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loved her wonderful circle of friends and enjoyed being involved in various activities and spending time with her fluffy cat, George.

Joan is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Grace and her adoring husband Richard. She is survived by her children Tamara Grant (Eamonn), Sharon Lewis (Ray), Thomas Cosgrove, Judith Rosenberg (Jeff), her “adopted” daughter Leslie Labbe, her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and her lifelong friends.

There will be a small church service January 20th, 2024 starting at 2:00 pm at  St. John’s Episcopal Church, 2220 2nd St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. There will be a celebration of her life in the Spring of 2024.
