Joanne Cozad

Joanne Elizabeth Cozad, 81, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away January 26, 2021.

Joanne was born in Akron, OH, and resided in Cuyahoga Falls her entire life, graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1957. She held many positions over the years with the Cuyahoga Falls School system including Attendant and Teacher's Aide, retiring in 2008 after many years of service. Joanne was active with the Parks and Recreation softball teams, having coached her daughters for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Elizabeth Pugh, and loving husband, Henry Cozad.

Joanne will be dearly missed by her daughters Lori Thompson and Julie (Joe) Andrews; sister, Judy Studenic; grandchildren, Julie Marie Gross, and Nicholas (Candice), Evan and Jack Andrews; great-grandchildren,Josie Molter and Aiden Andrews, and many extended family members and friends.

Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at 12:30 pm on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park, 2613 Sackett Ave., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
