John Petrusky

CUYAHOGA FALLS -John "Jack" J. Petrusky, 81, died July 27, 2004. Mr. Petrusky was born in Akron and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1955 and had previously lived in Pennsylvania and Florida. He had worked for the Goodyear Stow Mold Plant as a trucker for 45 years and was a Veteran of WW2 having served with the U. S. Army 503rd Paratroopers. He has been involved in Little League for over 40 years as League President, coach and manager and had been District Administrator for over 40 years. He was a professional boxer.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Dorothy; sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Antionette and Mark and Penny, all of Cuyahoga Falls and grandson, Ryan.
The Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 pm Thursday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday.
