John Ryder

CUYAHOGA FALLS -John H. Ryder, 81, passed away July 31,2012. Mr. Ryder was born in Akron and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1989 moving there from Akron. He retired in 1989 from the University of Akron Police Dept., had served with the Army and Air Force and was a member of Falls Chapter 735 F&AM and Hampton Falls AARP.

He is survived by his wife, Miriam with whom he will celebrate 40 years of marriage on Dec. 23; brother, Hamilton Ryder and nieces,Amy Ryder and Mindy Ryder Bowles, all of California.

A Masonic Service will be conducted at 6:00 pm Thursday, Aug 2 by Falls Lodge 735 F&AM. Friends may call for one hour prior to service time. A Graveside Service will be conducted in Rose Hill Burial Park at 10:00 am Friday, Aug 3, Rev. Stephanie Crossland officiating.
