John Ziak

CUYAHOGA FALLS - John T. Ziak, 71, passed away November 27, 2017. He was born in Cleveland and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 33 years. John served his country in the U.S.M.C. going on to retire from ATandT after 31 A½ years. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking and spending time with his grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents, John J. and Anna; he is survived by his wife Betty of 36 years; children, Thomas (Tracy Petersen) Ziak, Kimberly Ziak and Cindy Diehl; grandchildren, Matthew, Zavier and Sydney; sister, Mary Ann Ziak; brother, James (Patricia) Ziak and nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 4-7 PM on Friday December 1, 2017 at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday December 2 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church 1905 Portage Trail Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223. Interment will be at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to Father Flanagan's Boys Town 14100 Crawford St. Boys Town, NE 68010. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
