CUYAHOGA FALLS - Joseph J Robb, 80 passed away November 12, 2008.
Joe was born in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and resided there his entire life. He enlisted in the US Navy in 1945 and served as a Radioman aboard the USS Keywadin. After retuning home he worked for the United States Postal Service as a Letter Carrier and was an active member of the United Presbyterian Church of Cuyahoga Falls. His family was the most important part of his life.
Preceded in death by twelve brothers and sisters, he is survived by his wife of 60 years, Rose-Marie; children, Robert W. Robb of NC, Karen Irene (Tom) Kosir of N Akron, Debora Mae Farrar of Colorado Springs, CO, and Kevin J (Alma) Robb of Copley; grandchildren, Kristen, Jared, John, Melinda, Sean, Kit, Autumn and Austin; many great-grandchildren; sisters, Alice E. Garrett of CA and Jean Pennell of Cuyahoga Falls.
Friends may call from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Monday in the United Presbyterian Church, 2819 Hudson Drive, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, Rev. J Ross Slaughter officiating.
