Joseph Sylvester

Joseph James Sylvester, 34, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away unexpectedly on December 2, 2019.  Joe was a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School, attended Akron U and was most recently attending Stark State College. He loved learning and had a passion for reading.  Joe's life was centered around his family and he especially loved spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Joe was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Joan Sylvester and maternal grandfather, Richard Kassey.

He will be dearly missed by his parents, Mark and Kim Sylvester; siblings, Michael Sylvester (Nicollette) and Kara Sylvester (Vale); nieces and nephews, Eli, Kallista and Dmitri, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, friends and his beloved dog Carlos.

A celebration of Joe's life will be held on Monday, December 9, 2019 from 2-5 pm at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls.  Arrangements entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
