CUYAHOGA FALLS -Josephine (Queen) Asher, 85, died November 9, 2004. Mrs. Asher was born in Dessie, WV and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls the past 5 years and in Akron most of her life. She retired in 1984 from the Summit County Children's Home having worked in the clinic with 20 years service. She dearly loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Opha J. Queen and William Asher and is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James and Sandi Queen of Stow; grandchildren, Renee (Khosrow) Fozouni of Chicago, Jason (Brandy) Queen of Cuyahoga Falls, Sgt. Eric (Carrie) Queen, USMC of Ravenna and Aimee Schmitt of Cuyahoga Falls; great-grandchildren, Jackson Queen, Nya Fozouni and Alexis, Alyssa and Eric Queen; sisters, Wilma Jean (Noel) Carr and Mabel Smith, both of Bellvue, OH; brother, Don (Bonnie) Petty of Gassaway, WV and nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 pm TONIGHT in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 10:00 am Thursday, Dr. Richard A.
