Juanita Grimes

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Juanita J. Grimes, 81, passed away June 14, 2010. Mrs. Grimes was born in Akron and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls her entire life, graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1946. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church and dearly loved her family and especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick, R. her parents, Thomas and Myrtle Holvey and her sister, Betty Meloy and is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Sue of Norton and Terry and Vicki of Tallmadge; daughter, Lori Rice of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Michelle and Michael Grimes, Sunny (Louis) Schmidt, Leah, Lauren and Gregory Grimes and Sean and Collin Rice; great-grandchildren, Trystian, Mason, Joshua, Brighton and Finnegan and twin-sister, Bonita Shackelford of Cuyahoga Falls.
The Family would like to express special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Akron City Hospital and the staff at Traditions at Bath Road for their exceptional care.

There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday in St. John's Episcopal Church 2220 2nd St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, Rev. Deborah Rankin officiating. Final resting place Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to St. John's Episcopal or the Falls Firefighters and Community Society, Inc. P.O. Box 1022, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
