Kate Moffitt

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Kate S. Moffitt, 83, passed away June 13, 2006. Mrs. Moffitt was born in Cookeville, TN, had resided in Tallmadge for 10 years and in Cuyahoga Falls most of her life. She was a member of Tallmadge United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Max E. and sister, Lucille Spradling and is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Suzanne and Roger Lemmon of Columbus; sons and daughters-in-law, Mark E. and Vicky of Baltimore, MD and Max David and Cyndi of Independence; daughter-in-law, Sally Moffitt of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, David, Kimberly, Timothy, Cathy, Matt, Tara, Michelle and Michael; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Donna Jean (Pete) Maddox and brother, Homer (Liz) Stamps, all of whom she dearly loved.

The Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm Thursday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, Rev.
