Larry Carte

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Larry A. Carte, 62, passed away at his residence March 8, 2008. Mr. Carte was born in Anstead , WV and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls off and on for many years. He was self-employed and had served with the U. S. Army in Germany during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his children, Kelly (David) McCurdy of Cuyahoga Falls, Ben (Kimberly) Carte of Corpus Christy, TX serving with the U. S. Navy and Scarlet Carte of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Cassie, Julie and Holly McCurdy, Alexis Carte, Katie Radsick and Taylor Berry and brothers and sisters, Charles and Moddie (Edie) Carte, both of Alliance, Winkie Carte of Lebanon, OH, Lyle Carte of Anstead, WV, Dale (Vickie) Carte and Sharon (Al) Vance, both of Elyria, Faye Browning of Parma and Beverly (Malcom) Kidd of Anstead, WV.

Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls. A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 Wednesday in Fairmont Memorial Park Chapel, 4199 S. Union St., Alliance, OH 44601, Pastor Jon Stoltzfus officiating.
