Stow- Lois Seaver, 64, passed away April 26, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Akron, graduated from Tallmadge High School and lived in the Cuyahoga Falls area most of her life. Lois worked as a professional cook at Kent State University, Polsky's, Montgomery Ward, retiring from Marcelita's Mexican restaurant after 30 years of service. She was a beloved member of the West Stow Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, enjoyed a very simple life, and looked forward to endless life on a perfect Earth.
Preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Clara Seaver; and brother, Harry E. Seaver. She is survived by her siblings, Glenn (Marilyn) Seaver of Stow; James (Sharon) Seaver of Missoula, Montana and Susan (Henry) Bittner of Akron; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial service will be held at 6 pm on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the Kingdom Hall 3806 St. Rd Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44223. Inurnment will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home & Crematory, 330-928-2147.
