Loretta Piascik

Loretta Piascik, 86, went home to the Lord October 20, 2006. Her warm smile, homemade apple pie and zest for life will be greatly missed.

Loretta was born in Pelham, TN, was a longtime resident of Cuyahoga Falls and was a member of St. Joseph Church. She had worked at Goodyear, was a loving wife and spent hours as an avid sports fan. She enjoyed soap operas and her true passion of life was Notre Dame Football.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Piascik to whom she was married 55 years and is survived by her brother, John (Bess) Gallagher of Indiana and many nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank Hospice, Manor Care and her loving care giver, Johanna.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, Deacon Robert Kochanski officiating. Friends may call for one hour prior to service time. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
