Mable Dishong

Mable Eileen Dishong, 86, of Cuyahoga Falls, went home to be with her loving husband of 66 years, William Dishong.

Mable has been a long time resident of Cuyahoga Falls where she and Bill enjoyed visits to the Falls Natatorium. She was also actively involved in a woman's group called TOPPS.
Mable was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill; son Jack; four sisters and one brother. She is survived by her loving son, David (Ruth) Dishong; granddaughters, Beth (Matt) Gotter and Karen Dishong; great-grandchildren, Bethany, Zack and Logan; sisters, June and Helen; brother Wilbur and nieces, nephews and countless friends.

The family would like to thank the staff of Cardinal Village and Falls Village Nursing Home for their love and care during the last weeks of Mable's life. Thank you also to all our friends and family for their love and support.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls where a funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Final resting place will be Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
