Marcy Grosswiller

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Marcy E. Grosswiller, 58, died July 25, 2009. Born in Akron, she was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls her entire life. She graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1968, received her Bachelors Degree in Education from Kent State in 1974 and her Masters in Theater from Kent State in 1986. She was a writer/director and had taught in Cuyahoga Falls Schools in Learning Disabilities and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls. She was founder of ANTIC, Inc. and was a member of ASTR, USITT, the Akron Manuscript Club, Falls Writers Group and the USS LAGRANGE Star Trek Club.

Preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Georgia Grosswiller and uncle John Parsons, she is survived by cousins.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Wednesday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, Rev. Marvin Brown officiating, where friends may call beginning at 1:00 pm Wednesday.
