Marjorie Ann Hess

Marjorie Ann Hess, 72, life-long area resident, passed away unexpectedly on February 16, 2022.  Marge was born on October 8, 1949 in Akron, Ohio to Alfred and Evelyn Neusser, both deceased.  She retired from the U.S. Department of Defense as a Financial Analyst with many years of service. Marge was an avid gardener, collector of cats, Donald Duck items, and anything purple.

Marge will be dearly missed by siblings, Jim (Pam) Neusser and Barb Thompson; daughters, Tina (Scott) Voss and Becci Freeman (Darrell Davis); light of her life, beloved grandson, Alex Voss; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 5-7 pm, with a short memorial service to begin at 7 pm at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation in Marjorie's honor to the American Cancer Society, or an animal rescue of your choice.
