ROOTSTOWN, OH- Martin E. Monroe, 73, passed away January 28, 2017. He was born in Clarksburg, WV and resided in Rootstown, OH. Martin served his country in the U.S.M.C. going on to work as a Teamster and self-employed painting contractor.
He is survived by his wife Charlotte of 53 years; children, Michele Flanagan, Frank DiCicco, Tracy -Monroe Vair, Kelly Monroe, Kristi Monroe; grandchildren; 1 brother and 5 sisters.
Cremation has taken place and the family will be having private services in Bridgeport, WV in April. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
