Marvin Mccready

Marvin R. McCready, 81, died at his residence June 5, 2007. Mr. McCready was born in Dades City, FL and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1967. He graduated from Ohio State University in 1950 in Transportation, was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, was a Veteran of WW2 having served with the U. S. Army and retired from Babcock and Wilcox as Manager of Resource Planning.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ruth; daughter and son-in-law, Ruth Ann and Jerry West of Cuyahoga Falls; son, Steven of Munroe Falls, grandchildren, Brian West (Christine Green) and Jessica and Connor McCready and great-granddaughter Hannah West.

There will be no calling hours. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Rev.
