Preceded in death by father, Herman Michael Bennett, daughter, Sydney Brooke, niece, Wanda Faye Parker; he is survived by his companion, Daryl Butt; daughter, Mikayla; sons, Michael, Jacob, Jeffrey; mother, Wanda (Ron) Swiger; sister, Teresa Parker; and Sparky.
