Michael Kanish

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Michael J. Kanish, 56, died February 14, 2011.
Survived by his parents Frank and Betty Kanish of Cuyahoga Falls; sisters, Sandy Howard of Jacksonville, FL, Rosemarie (Kenny Peresta) Kanish of Cuyahoga Falls; brother Frank Kanish of Encinitas, CA, relatives in NY, FL, CA, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Also, his other brothers Ron Wells, Sr., Ron (Sarah) Wells, Jr., Will Wells and Don Wirebaugh.

Michael cared for others. He was always kind and giving. He especially cared about the less fortunate and elderly, always ready to help. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion where he volunteered his time
He loved the Cleveland Browns, auto shows, flea markets and just getting in the car and going where ever it took him. He will be painfully and greatly missed by his family and many others.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Friday, February. 18 in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls. Friends may call beginning at 1:00 pm Friday, Feb. 18.
