Paul Whittington

STOW -Paul E. Whittington, 75, passed away April 7, 2010. Mr. Whittington was born in Akron and had resided in Stow since 1972. He retired from the U. S. Air Force as a Master Sergeant with 20 years service and was a member of the Cuyahoga Falls Eagles.

Preceded in death by his wife, Gloria A, parents, Kenneth and Ruth Whittington and sister, Donna Wise, he is survived by his brother, Edward (Sandy) Whittington; children, Kenneth S. (Deborah) Whittington of Utah, Carolee (Gary) Gase of Florida and Timothy Whittington of Ohio; grandchildren, Ronald, Marcia, Paul, Ruth, Lisa and Annie; step-children, Gerald (Danette) Cozart, Ronald Cozart, John (Rebecca) Cozart, Cynthia Cozart and Dorothy Cozart; many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren and all his friends at the Bailey Road Tavern.

There will be no calling hours. A Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday in Chestnut Hill Memorial Park, Dr. Richard A. Hasler officiating. A Military Service will be conducted by American Legion Charles Faust Post 281.
