CUYAHOGA FALLS - Phillip A. Smith, 51, passed away August 15, 2014. He was born in Akron, graduated from Tallmadge High School in 1982, and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 5 years.

Preceded in death by his parents, Arthur C. and Anna May Smith; He is survived by his son, Brandon; step-son, Benjamin; brothers, Curtis, David and Leonard Smith; nephew, Doug Smith; friends, Lisa and Terry Beck and Todd Carper.
