Phyllis DeCamp

CUYAHOGA FALLS- Phyllis N. DeCamp, 86, passed away April 8, 2017.

She was born in Belmont County and resided Austintown for 50 years before moving to Cuyahoga Falls, where she lived the past 14 years. Phyllis enjoyed gardening, playing cards, was very active in her church and loved her family.

Preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence; son, Larry Alan; brother, Dale Hoyt; and sister Sue McFee; she is survived by her son, Clifford (Barbara) of Stow, OH; grandchildren, Joe and Andrew; daughter-in-law, Lorin DeCamp; and brother, William Hoyt Mingo Junction, Oh.


Friends may call 2 hours prior to a 7 PM funeral service on Tuesday April 11, 2017 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Friends may also call one hour prior to a 11 AM funeral service on Thursday April 13 at the West Austintown United Methodist Church 6749 Mahoning Ave. Youngstown, OH 44515. Private interment will be at Green Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to West Austintown United Methodist Church or Grandview United Methodist Church 2315 Phelps Ave. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
