Phyllis Henry

HUDSON -Phyllis Hope Henry, 94, died March 18, 2009. Mrs. Henry was born in Akron, was raised in Cuyahoga Falls, lived in Tallmadge for over 50 years and the past 5 years in Hudson. She had been an operator for Ohio Bell Telephone and was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church and its Altar Guild.

Preceded in death by her husbands, Ralph Bailey and John W. Henry; daughter, Marilyn Bailey Sharek; parents, Stephen and Faith Taylor and step-mother, Rebecca Taylor, she is survived by her grandchildren, Laura Lopez of Pittsburgh and Frank (Colleen) Coen of Corona, CA; great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Lopez and nieces and nephews, including Robert and Bernadette Weston of Cuyahoga Falls.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday, March 24 in St. John's Episcopal Church, 2220 2nd St., Cuyahoga Falls, The Rev. Deborah Rankin officiating. Friends may call at the Church for one hour prior to service time. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 525 North Broad St., Canfield, OH 44406
