CUYAHOGA FALLS- R. Inez Lyell, 91, passed away April 3, 2014. She was born in Everett, OH and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 70+ years. Inez was a dedicated wife and mother who enjoyed quilting, sewing and spending time with her family.

Preceded in death by her brother, Herman Goodson and sister Ruth Ferguson of Blacksburg, VA, she is survived by her husband of 70 years, Kenneth; children, Jerry (Lynn) of Silver Lake, Karen Johnson (Lewis) and Gary (Linda) of Cuyahoga Falls, Dennis (Kathy) of Hudson and Douglas (Darlene) of Cuyahoga Falls; 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild expected in May. Siblings, Joyce Cross of Green, Emmett Goodson Jr. of Uniontown and Alice Pinegar of Green.

Friends may call two hours prior to a 3 PM Funeral Service on Sunday, April 6, 2014 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. Pastor David Lyell will be officiating. Inurnment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the Falls Firefighters and Community Society Inc. P.O. Box 1022 Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44223.
