STOW - Richard K. Hooker, 53, passed away unexpectedly and far too soon May 6, 2015 when his large and loving heart stopped beating.
Born November 28, 1961 in Cleveland, Ohio, lived in more than a few of our great states but settled and raised his family in Cuyahoga Falls. He was an avid football fan, sharing this love by coaching youth football for many years. The Dawg Pound is also losing one of its loudest and proudest fans. Richard had a playful spirit and was forever teasing and playing pranks on family and friends. No gathering will ever be the same without him.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents Roger and Carol and his brothers David and Christopher.
He leaves behind his two loving sons Dakota, and Dylan, the mother of his boys, Betsy, his almost daughter in law Katherine "Kat", sisters Renee Jenson (John), Andy Lynn Benson (Scott), brothers Patrick and Keith, many nieces and nephews, and his dog Maggie.
Cremation, has taken place.
