CUYAHOGA FALLS - Richard Allen Peelman, 58, passed away March 18, 2017.
He was born in Akron and resided in Cuyahoga Falls. Richard was a 1976 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School and a 1992 graduate of Akron University. He worked at Cedar Point as a Paddle Wheel Captain and at the Richfield Coliseum. Richard loved watching Cleveland sports, NASCAR and the Indy 500.
Preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Virginia Peelman; aunts and uncles; He is survived by his sister, Lynda Peelman; nieces, Jillian and Nicole Banks and aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to express special thanks to the staff of Sunrise Assisted Living and Bath Creek Estates. Cremation has taken place and the family will be having private services. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
