Robert Allison

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Robert D. Allison, 59, died August 6, 2005. Bob was born in Alexandria, LA, had resided in Cuyahoga Falls the past 32 years and had graduated from Stow High School in 1965. He had worked for the Parks and Recreation Dept. for the City of Cuyahoga Falls and was a Vietnam Veteran having served with the U. S. Army. He was a member of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 199 in Canton and The Rolling Thunder, Ohio Chapter.

He is survived by his son, William (Kerrilynn); daughter, Tracey all of Cuyahoga Falls; previous wife, Barbara; grandchildren, Joshua, Michael, Devon, Brenden, Tobin and Aulbreauna; brothers, Tom (Cherie) of TN, Lyn (Cathy) of Richfield and sisters, Julie (Rod) Grabski of Barberton, Mary (Ron) Kightlinger and Laura (Adam) Welfley, all of Cuyahoga Falls.

The Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Wednesday, Rev. Rod Grabski officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. A Military Service will be conducted by American Legion Charles Faust Post 281. Memorials may be made to the Family in Bob's memory.
