CUYAHOGA FALLS - Robert W. Bell, 72, passed away January 17, 2009.
He was born on May 24, 1936 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, was a 1954 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School, served in the US Air Force and worked as a Fire Fighter for the City of Cuyahoga Falls retiring in 1984.
Preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jane (Boyd) and father, Carmen (Annabelle) Bell and his wife of 51 years, Barbara in November of 2008, he is survived by his son, Thomas G. Bell, of Seneca Falls, NY; daughters, Robin (Joe) Schueller, of Akron, Julie (Steve) Sitzlar of Stow; son, Michael (Angel) Bell of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren Crissy (Jim), Shannon (Danny), Tommy, Allison (Dan), Mike (Cari), Trisha (Glenn), Tony (Raylee), Daniel, Danielle, Stephanie, Matt and Jimmy; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers Fred Bell and George (Barbara) Ortopan; brother-in-law Edward Stahlnecker, Jr. and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date. Memorials may be made to Falls Firefighters Community Benevolent Society, Inc., PO Box 189, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44222 in his memory.
