Robert Fickey

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Robert L. Fickey, 79, passed away August 19, 2014. He was born in Cuyahoga Falls and was a life-long resident. He was a self-employed carpenter and was a member of the Northampton United Methodist Church. Robert enjoyed spending time with his and playing cards.
Preceded in death by his first wife, Rosemary; parents, Robert and Ruth Fickey; he is survived by his wife, Kathleen Heidbreder; children, Ben (Denise), Brian (Karen), Jack (Judy), Ken (Jenny), Karl (Pam) and Jill (Bob) George; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Styles and many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will held at 11 AM on Saturday August 30, 2014, at the Northampton United Methodist Church 852 W. Bath Rd. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44223. Rev. Keith McLaughlin will be officiating. Inurnment will be at Northampton Cemetery. In Lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the Northampton United Methodist Church.
