Robert Fritz

Robert L. Fritz, lifelong area resident, passed away on January 19, 2022 at the age of 87. Bob was born on September 23, 1934, son of the late Walter and Bessie Mae (Albright) Fritz. He retired from Waste Management, where he worked over 35 years. He loved watching sports, especially the Detroit Lions. He also enjoyed feeding the animals outside, attending the car shows in the Falls, and enjoyed going on long car rides with his beloved wife, who he has now reunited with.

In addition to his parents and wife Cindy, he was also preceded in death by his twin brother, Richard, and brothers, Donald and Bill Fritz.

He will be dearly missed by his children, Bobby Fritz, Billy (Sherry) Fritz, Angie (Gary) Genetta, Paula Wagner and Charlie (Brenda) Fritz; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 4-7 pm at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. At Bob's request, cremation will take place following visitation and he will be laid to rest privately at a later date.
