Robert Hartle

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Robert J. Hartle, Sr., 85, died at his residence October 29, 2010. Mr. Hartle was born in Akron and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1958. He had worked for Goodyear Aerospace in graphic arts for 37 years and was a Veteran of WWII having served with the U. S. Navy.

Preceded in death by his wife, Lois; brothers George Hartle and John Hartle; son-in-law Don Runk, he is survived by his daughter, Karen Runk of Woonsocket, RI; sons, Robert Hartle Jr. of Norton and David F. Hartle of Lake Worth, FL; grandchildren, Jon (Alyssa) and Joshua Runk; great-grandchildren Riley, Aiden, Zachary Runk all of Woonsocket, RI; Niece Stephanie (Mike) Skordeles of Tennessee; great-nieces Sophia, Julia, and Grace Skordeles; Nephew Gregg (Stephanie) Giegel of Wadsworth; great-nephew Gregg Giegel Jr.

A private Graveside Service will be conducted at Holy Cross Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
