Robert Ross

ROBERT ROSS, HUDSON - Robert R. Ross, a resident of Laurel Lake Retirement in Hudson, formerly of Concord and Mentor, died peacefully on September 23, 2019 at home surrounded by family.

He was born January 19, 1938 in Cleveland. Mr. Ross was a graduate of Cleveland State University and was a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from BP in Cleveland after a career that involved positions in printing and publishing as well as purchasing with a number of companies. He was a practicing Catholic and formerly a Eucharistic Minister at St. Noel's in Willoughby Hills. Mr. Ross loved to golf and play games of any kind, travel with loved ones, spend time with family and could always be counted on to make others smile.

Survivors include his children, Mark, Greg (Debbie), Michelle (Jim) Miller; 4 grandchildren, Jacob and Sofia Ross and Graham and Greer Miller; and his dear friend Judy Measel. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gloria J. Ross.

Funeral Mass for close family and friends of Mr. Ross will be at St. Mary's of Hudson 340 N Main St, Hudson, OH 44236 at 2 pm on Friday September 27, 2019. Family and close friends wishing to pay their last respects may do so at the church between 1 pm and 2 pm prior to the funeral mass.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 1786 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland Ohio 44110.
