Robert Vinsec

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Robert J. Vinsec, 87, passed away March 4, 2018.

Born in Downers Grove, IL and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 46 years. He served his country in the U.S. Army as a Captain of Military Intelligence. He worked as the Corporate Director of Security for B.F. Goodrich and served on the U.S. State Department Overseas Security Advisory Council. He was a train enthusiast, traveling extensively on the railroads of Europe.

Preceded in death by his parents, Robert F. and Celia H. Vinsec; he is survived his cousins and dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Thursday March 15, 2018 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church 1905 Portage Trail Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223. Inurnment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
