CUYAHOGA FALLS -Roberta Watson, 94, on September 11, 2009, went to her heavenly home to be with her Savior Jesus Christ, whom she came to know in her middle years. Mrs. Watson was born in Muskogee, OK, but had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since the age of three months. She was a 1933 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School and 1939 graduate of Kent State University. She had been a teacher for the Cuyahoga Falls Schools for 6 years, worked in waste control for Goodyear Tire and Rubber for 5 years and later worked for 22 years as a dentist's secretary, where she dearly enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many people. She was a long-time member of the Stow Alliance Fellowship Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence D., son, Robert W. and sister, Esther Heidman, and is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence P. and Mary Kay Watson of Los Alamitos, CA; daughter and son-in-law, Lynda Sue and Denny Halulko of Coral Springs, FL; grandchildren, Joshua, Caleb and Matthew Halulko, Denna Buseniz, James McCarthy, RoseMarie Kimbell, and Andrew P. Watson; 10 1/2 great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia Albrecht of Ann Arbor, MI and nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 15, in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted immediately following at 11:00 AM, Rev. John Cervone officiating. Interment Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Stow Alliance Fellowship 4460 Stow Rd. Stow, OH 44224 or American Parkinson Disease Assoc.
