Ronald Delvecchio

CUYAHOGA FALLS- Ronald Delvecchio, 87, passed away June 16, 2023. He was born in Scranton, PA and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 50 years. Ron served his country in the U.S. Army going on to work for S.D. Myers traveling extensively throughout the country. He was a member of the American Society of Polymer Science and his writings were published in professional journals.  Ron was an active and outspoken member of the Bailey Road Christian Church. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan. Ron was a professional jazz guitarist, who played throughout the Akron and Cleveland area for many years. He was a devoted father and grandfather.

He is survived by his children, Ronald (Becky) Cook, Renee (Scott) Welsch, Stan Cook and Cheryl (Kevin) Fuller; 10 grandchildren and 8 greatgrandchildren with one on the way.

A memorial service will be held at 11 Am on Saturday July 1, 2023 at the Bailey Road Christian Church, 3200 W Bailey Rd. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Pastor Timothy Brown will be officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10 AM until the time of service. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the Church.
