Ronald "Froggy" Helmke
Ron passed away May 14, 2011. He had a great sense of humor and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Ron served in the U. S. Navy and was a member of Stow VFW. Ron worked as a welder most of his life. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed Nascar, music and woodworking. He enjoyed his fishing trips to Wisconsin and trips to Mountaineer and Michigan.
Preceded in death by his parents, Gertrude and Merlin and brothers, James and Bob, he is survived by the love of his life, Kimberly S. Barnard; sister, Linda Helmke of Wisconsin and special friends, Tom and Jimmy "JD".
Calling hours will be from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, May 20 in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls. Cremation has taken Place.
